Description

G-3920 Helical Offset Tooth Belts are potential replacement belts. G-3920 consist of two components, including polyurethane body and tensile cord (Steel, Aramid Kevlar & Stainless Steel). Polyurethane body is extremely wear and fatigue resistant and highly flexible. Tensile Cords give high flexibility, accuracy and long service life. So bonding of both materials provides high power transmission performance.

Applications

– Agricultural equipment
– Packaging conveyors
– Aggregate crushers
– Poultry/meat grinders
– Wood de-barkers and saws
– Mining equipment
– Paper presses
– Chain drives
– Baking mixers

Key Features

– Color coded product matching
– High-strength aramid cord
– Flexible aramid tensile or strong steel tensile
– Resists fatigue, elongation and shock loads, even in high-torque conditions
– Easy installation and removal with QD (Quick Disconnect) of Inch and Metric Bushings

Benefits

– Simple belt and sprocket matching
– Increased horsepower rating
– After initial run of 8 hours of operation belts do not need re-tensioning
– Belts do not require lubrication
– Easiest power transmission drive to purchase and install
– High wear tension of the teeth
– Reduction of backlash in reversing applications
– Excellent distribution of stresses for reduced belt wear
