Shipping & Return Policy

International Shipping

The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.

Parcels can be shipped to anywhere in the world via our shipping agent (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc). Or we will ship to your forwarder or we can prepare a shipment for pickup by your courier if you would like to place an international courier order on your own courier account.

For stock, warehouse has implemented a 48 hour lead time on any order that is shipping out of a warehouse, otherwise specified when we quote.

Changing/Cancelling Orders

All products are custom made according to customers’ specific requirements. Once an order is processed, the order cannot be changed or canceled, unless it was due to an error on our part.


Custom-cut belts are non-refundable and cannot be returned for credit.

Any shortages or any errors must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. Anything over 14 days from the delivery date will not be granted. PLEASE INSPECT PACKAGE(S) WHEN DELIVERED.

All returned merchandise without prior authorization and/or returned after 30 days shall be refused.

All products being returned must have been originally purchased through ZZR-PARTS.

Refused Shipments

Customer is responsible to pay for all returned products, all duties, taxes, shipping charges inbound and outbound, if the consignee refused to accept the shipment or not asisst with their local courier for Customs Clearance.
