AT20-DL are trapezoidal double-sided polyurethane timing belts designed for high-performance drive applications. The strong adherence between the durable polyurethane teeth and the consistently-lengthened galvanized steel tension members forms the foundation for its high power output capability. The variety of polyurethane formulations allows for operation in cold and clean environments and within the food industry as well.
AT20-DL PU double sided timing belts are most commonly offered in widths of 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 200mm, while custom sizes (lengths, widths and pitches) are available upon request.
DAT20 double sided polyurethane synchronous belts usually consist of polyurethane body and steel tensile cord, while custom materials available upon request. Special cords include Stainless Steel and Kevlar.
