EPS belt profile have been specially developed with slanted tooth. Oblique-tooth belts provide optimized acoustics and trouble-free tooth engagement.
EPS belts consist of several components. They include fiberglass tensile cord, nylon tooth facing, neoprene body and backing. More specifically, Electric Power Steering Rack Belts are protected by neoprene body and backing. The toothed surface is protected by high wear resistant nylon elastic fabric. Fiberglass provides good flex life.
