425-5M-16 Capper Belts are potential replacement belts for Bottle Gripper and Cap Tightening such as Resina, Kaps-All, White Cap, Pack West, IMA, MAR, Surekap, National Instrument, Filamatic, New England Machinery (NEM), Pneumatic Scale, ELF, Inline Filling Systems, Accutek, E-Pak Machinery, Acasi Machinery, Newman, Kinsley, Kalish, CAPEM.
Capper Belts consist of several components. They include fiberglass tensile cord, nylon tooth facing, neoprene body and backing. More specifically, Retorquer Belts are protected by neoprene body and backing. The toothed surface is protected by high wear resistant nylon elastic fabric. Fiberglass provides good flex life.
