Power Transmission Flat Belts are potential replacement belts for Habasit, Siegling and Nitta.

Power Transmission Flat Belts are most commonly offered in metric widths of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75 and 80 mm, in imperial widths of 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, 1-1/2, 0.25, 0.31, 0.37, 0.50, 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 inch, while custom sizes (lengths and widths) are available upon request. 

Power Transmission Flat Belts are customized to two main industry needs: 

1.      Textile industry (yarn processing, cards, draw frames, roving frames, ring spinning frames, OE machines, twisting machines, texturing machines, winders, overhead cleaners)

 2.      Paper and postal industry (calenders, paper mills, pulpers, slitters, web feeders, folders, finishing machines, converting lines, letter sorters)

Materials

  • The Polyester series featuring a thermoplastic traction layer with polyester fabric.
  • The Aramide series featuring a thermoplastic traction layer with blended fabric, incorporating a high modulus and aramid warp.
  • The Polyamide series with a traction layer composed of a highly oriented polyamide sheet.
