Suction Tapes Suction Tape

Garniture Tapes (Table 2-1) and Suction Tapes (Table 2-2) are manufactured for cigarette and filter machines in the tobacco industry.

Garniture Tapes and Suction Tapes are replacement tapes for machines such as Decoufle, Garant, GD, Hauni, Jap, Tobacco Molins, Moolsan, Sanjo, Sasib, Skoda, Protos, 70 80 90 100 KDF MP4 MP5 KDZ LOF LOG LOG-A Loga 3D Mark 10 Molins Passim Pilot Sigma Ypsilon 121 1-2-1 C7:C8 C9 CS DAPT C CM Mulfi MK8 SM OM OZ DR FR 3/H5

We produce garniture tapes using linen (a natural fiber that is biologically safe), Aramid (a cutting-edge synthetic fiber known for its high tear and temperature resistance), and a blend of linen and polyester materials for the manufacturing of both cigarettes and filters. Depending on the specific application or type of paper used, we suggest various surface textures for these tapes, including:

  • Uncoated
  • Center-coated
  • Fully coated

 

Endless Garniture Tapes are produced in lengths ranging from 1500 to 6000 millimeters and widths from 10 to 55 millimeters

Suction tapes are available in lengths ranging from 1000 to 12000 millimeters and widths from 6 to 50 millimeters.
