Description
Aramid Kevlar 225-3M-15: Timing Belts are replacement belts for Boosted Board V2, Mini S, Mini X, Plus, Stealth.
Curved Tooth Profile Design: This design enhances stress distribution, enabling greater overall load capacity. As a result, torque loss is minimized, and more power is efficiently delivered to the wheels, ensuring swift acceleration and effective braking.
Neoprene Body with Kevlar Reinforcement: The neoprene body securely bonds the tensile members and shields against dirt, grease, oil, and moisture. Kevlar reinforcement enhances tear resistance and prevents elongation for added durability.
Durable Nylon Fabric Facing: This layer covers the belt’s wearing surfaces, providing enhanced protection for the toothed areas.
Neoprene Teeth Resistant to Shear: The teeth are molded together with the Neoprene backing, enhancing the overall integrity of the structure.
About This Item
- Suitable for use with: Boosted Board Version 2, Mini S, Mini X, Boosted Plus and Boosted Stealth, NOT work with Version 1.
- The tooth profile is engineered to reduce torque loss and maximize the power transferred to the wheels.
- The Boosted belts have the same tooth profile as your original belts, ensuring they fit securely without slipping, becoming loose, or causing noise while riding.
- The belt features a Chloroprene Core reinforced with aramid kevlar and covered in Nylon, offering Neoprene protection against grease, oil, dirt and moisture.
- Installation and adjustment: Start by using the wrench to remove the bolts and the worn-out belts. Next, replace them with the new belts (you can find detailed installation steps on social media). The crucial step is adjusting the belts to the correct position and ensuring they have the appropriate tension for your Boosted board.
- We recommend that belts are to be replaced or installed by experienced mechanics or specialist workshops for warranty.
