STD 2024-S8M Flour Power Roller Mill Belts are potential replacement belts for flour roller milling machines. Belts combine the benefits of poly-v and synchronous belts. Rib profiles usually are PK and PL. Belts for flour roller mill machines are widely used in food-processing industries, for various applications such as grinding grains, corn and cereals.
Hybrid flour roller mill belts consist of several components, including nylon tooth facing, fiberglass [kevlar upon request] tensile cord, neoprene teeth and ribs. More specifically, the toothed surface is protected by high wear resistant nylon elastic fabric. Fiberglass [kevlar upon request] provides good flex life and high tensile strength. Neoprene teeth and ribs give high frictional grip and reduce face pressure.
